If you change jobs more often than annual flowers get rotated, this probably isn’t the right fit. We’re looking for a genuine plant person—someone who notices stressed shrubs from a moving truck, gets excited about healthy landscapes, and has strong opinions about proper mulch depth (we respect that).
You should enjoy working outdoors, appreciate honest hard work, and take pride in transforming landscapes from “fine” to “Wow, who takes care of this place?”

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintain and enhance beautiful container gardens and ornamental plantings
- Keep properties looking exceptional year-round—not just alive
- Diagnose plant health issues and recommend solutions
- Prune correctly and professionally (no meatball shrubs or “Crepe Murder” here)
- Work alongside a team that genuinely cares about quality
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔ 3+ years of horticulture, plant care, or landscape maintenance experience
✔ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
✔ Dependable, consistent, and committed to long-term employment
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
✔ Ability to lift 40+ pounds and work outdoors in Florida conditions

REQUIREMENTS
- Can reliably commute to the Destin Area (Miramar Beach) office location daily
- Minimum 3 years of Professional Horticulture Plant Experience. (Not lawn mowing or maintenance)
- Valid, Current, Clear Driver’s License. Comfortable driving a company vehicle.
